How much does it cost to install Natural Gas lines in a vacant lot?

A member of my family owns a vacant lot thats 50×125 feet. I’m thinking about putting a small clothing store there. I’m doing the budget of my business plan, but that particular parcel of land doesn’t have Sewer, Natural Gas, or Electricity. How much would it cost on average to have the city, or a private contractor run those lines? Also, I think its important to add that the lot next to the one I want has water, sewer, natural gas, and electricity.

It depends–around here, the city does a lot for almost nothing because we are on an energy cooperative. I would ask the utilities those questions, you might be pleasantly surprised!
