What has happened to the Grey Garden’s Estate?

I know it was sold on the condition that the house not be destroyed, but now that she has passed, is the house still standing? Who are the owners? And has it been refurbished if it’s still around?

I think it is still in use, in perfect shape and remodeled to its original beauty. I believe its a show home, like a museum but i’m not sure, try google.
