How to fax with my Dell all in one printer?-all answers will get thumbs up.?

I have a dell inspiron 1501 laptop and a dell 926 all-in-one printer/fax/copy/scanner. I also have a comcast cable modem that i use to connect to the internet. I dont have any type of land phone. is it posible that i can send and receive faxes? and if i can please tell me how or links to a website on how to do so.
